We specialize in custom digital photo restoration, enhancement, AI artwork, portrait creation, and other image editing services. Because every order is created specifically for you, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.
Digital Services
All services provided by PhotoForge Studio are custom digital services created according to your instructions, uploaded images, and creative requirements.
No physical products are shipped.
Customer Agreement
By placing an order with Photo Forge Studio, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your order is a custom digital service created specifically for you.
You have read and accepted our Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy.
Each order includes up to two (2) complimentary revisions, unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions may be purchased separately through our Extra Revision add-on.
Completed custom digital services are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order by contacting us at:
Cancellation requests are handled as follows:
Before work has started: Eligible for a full refund.
After work has started but before delivery: A partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the amount of work already completed.
After final delivery: Orders cannot be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If we are unable to complete your order or fail to deliver the agreed service, we may provide a full or partial refund after reviewing the circumstances.
Each request is evaluated individually.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind before or after delivery.
Personal preference or subjective artistic opinion.
Requests to create a different concept than originally ordered.
Incorrect, incomplete, or low-quality files provided by the customer.
Missing instructions or unclear project requirements.
Minor artistic differences that do not affect the requested service.
Failure to use the included revision opportunities.
Orders completed according to the approved project brief.
AI-generated artwork or creative work that reasonably follows the customer's instructions.
Customer no longer needing the completed work.
Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Revisions
Every standard order includes two (2) complimentary revisions.
A revision is intended to refine or correct the original request—not redesign the project.
Examples of acceptable revisions include:
Minor color adjustments
Lighting improvements
Small object removals
Minor facial refinements
Small text corrections
The following are not considered revisions and may require a new order:
Changing the subject
Changing the art style
Changing the composition
Changing the background entirely
Requesting additional people or objects
Changing the overall creative direction
Asking for a completely different image
Additional revisions can be purchased through our Extra Revision add-on.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, Photo Forge Studio reserves the right to refuse refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Attempting to obtain completed work while requesting a refund.
Repeated refund requests after satisfactory delivery.
False claims that work was not delivered.
Charge backs filed after successful completion and delivery of the project.
Abuse of the revision process to obtain additional unpaid work.
Where necessary, we may use order records, uploaded files, revision history, timestamps, delivery confirmations, and customer communications to dispute fraudulent payment claims.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any technical problems accessing or downloading your completed files, simply contact us and we will resend them at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
Photo Forge Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
